Our beach cleaning machines are suitable for use in coastal areas and beaches within municipal boundaries, public beaches, private beaches, hotels and holiday resorts. They can also be used for cleaning sand on sand tracks at racecourses, horse and goat farms, and farms with sand-covered floors.

Self-propelled tractor-towed machine: It is used for cleaning beaches, coastal areas and heavily polluted areas that are too large to be cleaned by manpower. Handheld machine: It is used for daily cleaning of sandy areas and beaches with sun loungers and narrow spaces.

Sand is sifted with the help of rotary screens or vibrating screens. Waste moves over the screens and is collected in the waste hopper.

Compared to manpower, they perform cleaning in a much shorter time, in a more hygienic and effective way. These machines can complete the cleaning that would be done by several people in one day in just a few hours.

It varies depending on the model and size of the machine, as well as beach conditions. They can clean an area of approximately 2,500 m² per hour (handheld machine) to 25,000 m² (max.) per hour (motorized machine and tractor-towed machine).

The machines can perform more effective and faster cleaning on dry sand.

Although it varies depending on the mesh size of the screens, they can separate all materials that the screens are capable of separating from the sand. Small and large waste such as cigarette butts, glass and metal pieces, plastic bottles and plastic waste, seashells, seaweed, wood and branch pieces can be easily cleaned with these machines. Depending on the model features, it is possible to collect smaller or larger waste.

Screening is performed automatically in all models. Manual adjustment can be made when necessary.

Beach cleaning machines can clean at different depths depending on their model and working settings. Handheld machines can reach a depth of 15 cm, while tractor-towed or self-propelled machines can reach a depth of 25 cm. Thanks to the adjustable working depth, foreign materials buried under the sand can also be collected, along with waste on the surface. In this way, not only surface cleaning but also more comprehensive sand cleaning is provided.

The sand screening system works with a special screen or belt screen mechanism. As the machine moves, sand and waste are taken into the collection section. While the screen system sifts the sand, clean sand is returned to the beach, and foreign materials are transferred to a separate collection hopper. This system provides both a fast and efficient cleaning process. In handheld machines, screening is performed with vibrating screens.

Beach cleaning machines have different operating systems depending on the model. Some models offer operator-controlled manual use, while many models operate with hydraulic-assisted or semi-automatic systems. In advanced models, waste collection, screening and emptying processes are designed to reduce operator intervention.
